The human immune system has six FcγRs-FcγRI, FcγRIIA, FcγRIIB, FcγRIIC, FcγRIIIA and FcγRIIIB. FcγRIIIB/CD32 (Fc fragment of IgG receptor IIb) is an inhibitory receptor that is located on human chromosome 1q23.
Anti-CD32 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CD32 protein.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CD32.
Immunogen Range: 277-326
Biochem/physiol Actions
FcγRIIIB/CD32 (Fc fragment of IgG receptor IIb) controls the generation of autoantibodies and their effector roles. During a viral memory response, FcγRIIB blocks the generation of inflammatory type I IFN from plasmacytoid dendritic cells.
