General description

Mini Q PC 3.2/3 Precision Column (0.24 ml) is prepacked with MiniBeads for microscale final polishing and analytical ion exchange separations.

Application

Precision Column Holder enables use of precision columns with high-performance chromatography systems such as ÄKTA® design.

Features and Benefits

  • Monodisperse 3 μm nonporous beads yield exceptional resolution, speed, reproducibility, and durability.
  • PC columns are designed for micropurification.
  • Nonporous matrix of MiniBeads improves resolution and flow kinetics, better withstands back pressure, and minimizes nonspecific adsorption of the sample.
