General description

The Dowex Marathon MSC is a superior resin to the Dowex MSC-1. The Dowex Marathon series provides narrower particle distribution, better efficiency, and improved kinetics when compared to the gaussian Dowex products.

Application

Dowex Marathon MSC hydrogen form was used to remove active copper catalysts remaining in redissolved solution.
Strongly acidic cation exchange resin for water demineralization. This resin meets requirements of FDA Food Additive Regulation 21 CFR 173.25.

Features and Benefits

Strong cation

Other Notes

This ion-exchange resin has not been specially processed nor cleaned. We suggest that it be treated to a suitable preliminary elution and wash.

Three combinatorial libraries of polymeric vectors were evaluated to investigate the functional roles of molecular weight (MW), cations, pH-sensitive moieties, and hydrophobic derivitization in polymer-mediated gene delivery. Four cationic and pH-sensitive moieties (imidazole, primary, secondary, and tertiary amino) and three
