HIRMA PMMA 3D printing filament:
  • A lightweight thermoplastic that can be made transparent through acetone or particular resins
  • Modified PMMA is able to achieve high scratch and impact resistance
  • A good UV resistance makes it suitable for outdoor uses
  • PMMA is an easier to print alternative to PC

  • Flexural modulus: 2.3 GPa
  • Tensile strengh at break: 51 MPa
  • Heat deflection: 77 °C
  • IZOD impact: 3.2 J/cm

Application

This product can be used in material extrusion 3D printing technique.
HIRMA PMMA 3D Printing Parameters:
  • Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 230 +/-10 °C
  • Bed temperature: 100 +/-10 °C
  • Print speed: 30-50 mm/s
  • Fan: 0-20 %
  • Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.3 mm
  • Plate materials: kapton tape with glue, blue tape with glue, etc.
