Features and Benefits

NHS-dPEG®4-(m-dPEG12)3-ester is highly useful for protein and peptide modification to increase hydrodynamic volume and serum half-life and to greatly reduce the immunogenicity of the modified peptide or protein. These dPEG® products consist of a linear "tail" with a reactive group, a tris core to provide branching, and methoxy-terminated dPEG® branches. All of these dPEG® products are hydrophilic, non-immunogenic, single molecular weight compounds. N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) group reacts with free amines.
