We offered Testosterone for cell culture, now discontinued, and for it our 1998 Sigma Cell Culture advised to dissolve 1 mg in 2.0 mL absolute ethanol, gently swirl to dissolve, then add 48 mL sterile medium to prepare 20 ug/ml stock solution. Working range: 20-300 ng/ml.
