General description

A colorimetric substrate for granzyme B (kcat/Km = 6.6 x 104 M-1s-1). Cleavage of pNA is monitored colorimetrically at ~405 nm (ε = 9,160 M-1cm-1).
A colorimetric substrate for granzyme B (kcat/Km = 66,600 M-1s-1). Cleavage of pNA is monitored as an increase in absorbance at ~405 nm (ε = 9,160 M-1cm-1).
