Glucose regulating protein 94 (GRP94, Endoplasmin).
Other species not tested.

Immunogen

Peptide corresponding to an internal sequence from human GRP94.

Application

Anti-Glucose Regulating Protein 94 (GRP94) Antibody detects level of Glucose Regulating Protein 94 (GRP94) & has been published & validated for use in WB & IC.
Immunocytochemistry:
Rabbit anti-GRP94 from a previous lot detected localization of GRP94 (green) in HEK293 cells. Blue staining is DAPI which stains the nucleus of the cell. Previous lots of this antibody showed positive testing for immunocytochemistry on HeLa, COS7 and HEK293 cells.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user

Western Blot: A previous lot of this antibody was tested on multiple lysates. See datasheet.

Quality

Routinely evaluated by Western Blot on Jurkat lysates.

Western Blot Analysis:
1:500-1:1,500 dilution of this lot detected GRP94 on 10 μg of Jurkat lysates.
