Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against human α-6 integrin and will block the binding of other α-6 integrin antibodies such as EA-1. The antibody specifically stains α-6 transfected cells.
Culture Medium
IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Aminopterin, Thymidine (HAT) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (may benefit from IL-6 in medium)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
