Application

Z-Gly-Pro-Arg p-nitroanilide acetate salt has been used as a substrate in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) activation protease assay for determining enterokinase-PSA-trypsin (EK-PSA-TRP) activity and to perform kinetic experiments.[1] It has also been used as a substrate to measure the pancreatic trypsin activity chromogenically.[2]
