General description

Isofraxidin is a major active constituent, isolated from Sarcandra glabra plant with a variety of biological properties such as antifatigue, antistress, anticancer, immunoaccomondating and cholagogic effects.[1]

Application

Isofraxidin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the separartion and quantification of the analyte in Sarcandra glabra plant[1] and Acanthopanax senticosus Harms[2] using different chromatography techniques.
