The product is supplied as a 200 X solution. The specific formulation is considered proprietary. The dye is added at a rate of 5 ul per mL of culture medium. The lipophilic carbocyanine dyes have been used to stain neuronal cells in culture for several weeks, and in vivo for up to a year. The dyes do not appreciably affect cell viability and do not readily transfer between cells with intact membranes which allows for use in cell migration and tracking studies of mixed cell populations. The stability of labeling varies based on cell types and the rate of membrane turnover or cell division. General description
Unlike PKH dyes, BioTracker Cytoplasmic Membrane Dyes do not require a complicated hypoosmotic labeling protocol. They are ready-to-use dye delivery solutions that can be added directly to normal culture media to label suspended or adherent cells in culture.

I am already using the BioTracker NIR750 and I am very satisfied. For this product I don't see the Data Sheet. At which concentration is it delivered? Which is the optimal final concentration to use? For how many round of cell division can be detected?
