The control beads are utilized to demonstrate consistency across the assay plate. Each bead is conjugated with varying amounts of immunoglobulin, resulting in different levels of relative MFI. The negative control bead is not conjugated with immunoglobulin and serves as a blank. These controls are not intended for analysis but should indicate a trend, with the negative bead reading at background levels, control bead 1 exhibiting high MFI, and control beads 2 and 3 showing lower readings.

For Qualitative Assays, the Analysis Type is "None" in xPonent. There are no units to be entered. Median values are used for the data comparison between treatment groups.
