Application
Anti-Carboxypeptidase H Antibody, C-terminus is an antibody against Carboxypeptidase H for use in IP, WB & IC.
Immunocytochemistry on AtT-20 cell line: 1:100-1:500.
Western blot: 1:500-1:2,000. Carboxypeptidase H precursor migrates at 53 kDa while active enzyme migrates at about 48 kDa.
Immunoprecipitation: 1:250-1:1,000
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
