General description

A potent, cell-permeable, reversible, and specific inhibitor of protein kinase A (IC50 = 30 nM). Inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP. Shows only weak inhibitory activities against Ca2+-dependent protein kinase (CDPK), MLCK, PKC, and cyclic nucleotide-binding phosphatase.
A potent, cell-permeable, specific inhibitor of protein kinase A (PKA; IC50 = 30 nM). Inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP. Shows only weak inhibitory activities against Ca2+-dependent protein kinase (CDPK), MLCK, PKC, and cyclic nucleotide-binding phosphatase (Pase).
