Questions

  1. Pl provide the elution order with retention time for each cation.

    1 answer
    1. The elution order for this product is not reported in the Certificate of Analysis. However, as per the principle of Mass Spectrometry, the separation is based on the mass/charge ratio of the species. The species with less mass/charge ratio elute first and those with the highest mass/charge ratio elute last. Thus, the elution order will be Li, Mg, NH4, Ca, Na, Mn, K, Sr, and Ba.
