General description
Application
- Quantitative plasma analysis for opiates: A robust gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry assay was developed for quantifying opiates in human blood samples, including hydrocodone. Hydrocodone-D₆ was utilized as an internal standard, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of drug monitoring in clinical toxicology (Saad et al., 2019).
- Advanced LC-MS/MS method for opioid analysis: A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was validated for the analysis of hydrocoDoneand its metabolites in human plasma. Hydrocodone-D₆ served as a critical internal standard, facilitating precise quantification and pharmacokinetic studies in pharmaceutical research (Valtier et al., 2013).
