YU254403 is a potent inhibitor of phosphatidylserine decarboxylases (PSD) including Plasmodium knowlesi phosphatidylserine decarboxylases (PkPSD). YU254403 potently inhibits growth of pathogenic yeast Candida albicans, and other pathogens including Aspergillus fumigatus and Fusarium solani.
