General description
6X His is a histidine tag that consists of a series of histidine residues at the amino or carboxy terminus of a protein.
Immunogen
The immunogen used to generate this antibody corresponds to 6X His tag
Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ELISA: 1:1000-1:10000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:2000, IP: 1:100-1:500, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Monoclonal Anti-6X His tag antibody produced in mouse has been used in Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) and immunoblotting.
Biochem/physiol Actions
6X His tag does not affect the structure and function of protein and can be used in antibody production. It is also used to purify proteins under native or denaturing form.

To help fight COVID-19, new molecular tools specifically targeting critical components of the causative agent of COVID-19, SARS-Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), are desperately needed. The SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein is critical for viral replication, integral to viral particle assembly, and a major diagnostic

Uricase or urate oxidase, as a therapeutic enzyme, is extensively applied to oxidize accumulated uric acid in the body to soluble form to treat related illnesses. This study was conducted with the aim of searching for potential sources of uricase-producing
Effective vaccines against malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum are still lacking, and the molecular mechanism of the host-parasite interaction is not fully understood. Here we demonstrate that the interaction of RAP2, a parasite-secreted rhoptry protein that functions in the parasitophorous
