Gene Information

Immunogen

The epitope recognized by PLA0127 maps to the C-terminal repeat of human RNA Polymerase II (GeneID 5430).

Physical form

Tris-citrate/phosphate buffer, pH 7 to 8 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide

Other Notes

The RNA polymerase II subunit B1 (RPB1) is the largest subunit of the RNA polymerase II core complex. RNA polymerase II holoenzyme functions to transcribe DNA into messenger RNA in eukaryotes. RPB1 forms the DNA binding domain of the polymerase that forms a cleft that grabs the incoming DNA template to translocate the holoenzyme across the RNA-DNA hybrid.

A growing body of evidence indicates that RNA plays a critical role in orchestrating DNA double-strand break repair (DSBR). Recently, we showed that homologous nascent RNA can be used as a template for error-free repair of double-strand breaks (DSBs) in

The heterogeneous breast cancers can be classified into different subtypes according to their histopathological characteristics and molecular signatures. Foxa1 expression is linked with luminal breast cancer (LBC) with good prognosis, whereas Twist1 expression is associated with basal-like breast cancer (BLBC)

Oestrogen receptor ɑ (ERɑ) is overexpressed in two-thirds of all breast cancers and involves in development and breast cancer progression. Although ERɑ-positive breast cancer could be effective treated by endocrine therapy, the endocrine resistance is still an urgent clinical problem.
