IgG is a glycoprotein. It is a major class of immunoglobulin. IgG consists of four polypeptide chains, made of two identical 50 kDa γ heavy (H) chains and two identical 25 kDa κ or λ light (L) chains, which is linked together by inter-chain disulfide bonds. IgG contains four isotypes IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4.
Immunogen
Anti-Goat IgG is produced in rabbit using as immunogen purified goat IgG.
Application
Anti-Goat IgG (whole molecule) antibody produced in rabbit has been used in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay [1] and electron microscopy.
Anti-Goat IgG (whole molecule) antibody produced in rabbit was used in combination with protein A-colloidal gold conjugate in electron microscopy of in vitro matured and fertilized boar oocytes.
IgG antibody subtype is the most abundant serum immunoglobulin of the immune system. It is secreted by B cells and is found in blood and extracellular fluids and provides protection from infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Maternal IgG is transferred to fetus through the placenta that is vital for immune defense of the neonate against infections.
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide as preservative
Storage and Stability
For continuous use, store at 2-8 °C for up to one month. For extended storage, the solution may be frozen in working aliquots. Repeated freezing and thawing, or storage in "frost-free" freezers, is not recommended. If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify the solution by centrifugation before use.

The role of the plasminogen-plasmin (PLG-PLA) system in fertilization is unknown, although its dysfunction has been associated with subfertility in humans. We have recently detected and quantified plasminogen in the oviductal fluid of two mammals and showed a reduction in

Antibodies have widespread applications in areas ranging from therapeutics to chromatography and protein microarrays. Certain applications require only the fragment antigen-binding (Fab) units of the protein. This study compares the cleavage efficacy of dithiothreitol (DTT), mercaptoethylamine (MEA), and dithiobutylamine (DTBA)
SERPINB3 is a cysteine-proteases inhibitor up-regulated in a significant number of cirrhotic patients carrying hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and recently proposed as a prognostic marker for HCC early recurrence. SERPINB3 has been reported to stimulate proliferation, inhibit apoptosis and, similar to
