TRIM15 (RNF93) is a tripartite motif-containing protein that occurs in the cytoplasm of cells. The protein contains RING, zinc-binding, coiled-coil and B-box type domains. Rabbit Anti-TRIM15 antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat TRIM15.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human TRIM15
Application
Rabbit Anti-TRIM15 antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry (4-8 μg/ml) and western blot (1.25 μg/ml) applications.
Biochem/physiol Actions
TRIM15 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm. Its function has not been identified.
Sequence
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: RDEIEDVKCQEDQKLQVLLTQIESKKHQVETAFERLQQELEQQRCLLLAR
Physical form
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
