General description
The product offers traceability of measurement to recognized national standards, and to units of measurement realized at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) or other recognized national standards laboratories. Both density and refractive index values are fully traceable to National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST) and international protocols.
Application
The combined refractive index and density CRM (nominal RI value 1.5463 at 20 °C) is used to calibrate and verify refractometers such as handheld, Abbe and high-accuracy digital instruments.
