Recommended by GB 4789.40-2016 for selective enrichment of Cronobacter (formerly E. sakazakii) from milk and milk products.

Preparation Note

Suspend 64.6g/L, autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, when cooling to 45-50 ℃, add 1 vial of Vancomycin Supplement (Cat. No. 75423).
