General description

Deoxynucleoside Triphosphate Set consists of four separate vials of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP. Each vial contains a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).

Application

  • Absorbance determination: A250/A260, A280/A260, A290/A260
  • DNase activity negative, according to the current Quality Control procedures
  • Suitability for PCR
Use the Deoxynucleoside Triphosphate Set, lithium salt, for PCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing/cycle sequencing, labeling, Reverse Transcription and all types of amplification reactions or primer-extension reactions.

Packaging

1 set containing 4 components

Preparation Note

Activator: Mg2+
Working solution: If required, the solutions can be diluted with distilled autoclaved water.

Other Notes

For life science research only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The complete set of deoxynucleotides is also available in a PCR Grade. These PCR Grade deoxynucloeotides are even purer than the lithium salts, to ensure excellent performance in your PCRs. PCR Grade deoxynucleotides contain the sodium salt of each nucleotide in PCR Grade Water.
