Application

Applications of Fmoc-Ser(tBu)-Wang resin LL (100-200 mesh) include:
  • In the preparation of a peptide thioester intermediate for use in the solid-phase synthesis of peptide and glycopeptide thioesters using a side-chain-anchoring strategy.
  • As a solid support in the synthesis of a peptide substrate for use in a reaction to prepare disubstituted pyrazino-oxazine derivatives.
  • In the synthesis of a peptide intermediate for use in the solid-phase synthesis of tetramic acid derivatives, which have potential applications as pharmaceuticals.
