Format: Purified
Protein G Purified
Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Control
Positive Antigen Control: Catalog #12-301, non-stimulated A431 cell lysate. Add 2.5µL of 2-mercaptoethanol/100µL of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20µg of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
