Anti-PKC-MU antibody produced in rabbit, Anti-PKCM antibody produced in rabbit, Anti-PKD antibody produced in rabbit, Anti-PRKCM antibody produced in rabbit, Anti-protein kinase D1 antibody produced in rabbit
PRKD1 gene encodes PKD1 (protein kinase D1), that belongs to the protein kinase D family. It is a serine/threonine kinase, which is expressed in cells of the normal mammary gland. The PRKD1 gene promoter has a great CpG island covering 1.2kb, including the transcription start site and the entire exon 1.
Immunogen
Peptide sequence around aa. 908-912 (R-V-S-I-L), according to the protein PRKD1.
Biochem/physiol Actions
PRKD1 (Protein kinase D 1) is a negative modulator of cell migration . It plays an important role in cell adhesion, cell migration, vesicle transport, cell survival , signal transduction, membrane trafficking and immune function. It preserves the epithelial phenotype by inhibiting epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.
