What is the enzymatic reaction and the resulting intermediate substance?
1 answer-
Initially, acetate is converted to an intermediate in the presence of Acetate Enzyme Mix and Acetate Substrate Mix. This intermediate then reduces a colorless probe to a colored product with strong absorbance at 450 nm. The stated intermediate, considered proprietary, is NADH-based."
