Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2 mM Glutamine + 2 mM Sodium Pyruvate + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:10 seeding at 2- 3 x 104 cells/cm2 using 0.05% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37 °C. Doubling time approximately 108 hours.
