Preparation Note
Note: To prepare the lipase substrate mix 1 ml of Tween 80 (Cat. No. 93780) in 400 ml warm distilled water. Add 100 ml of Cottonseed Oil (Cat. No. C7767) or Olive Oil (Cat. No. 75343). Agitate vigorously to emulsify.
