  • Meat food products using ion mobility spectrometry (IMS).[1]
  • Fish samples using capillary gas chromatography (GC)[2], high-resolution gas chromatography (HRGC)-olfactometry[2] and ion interaction chromatography (ion-pair chromatography).[3]
