Step-by-Step Guide for KitAlysis High-Throughput Copper C-N Cross-Coupling Reaction Screening Kit

Downloadable experimental excel sheet

Each kit contains 2 customizable screening sets that include the following components:
  • 24 (6 x 4) pre-weighed ligands in glass vials loaded with stir bars, topped with cap mat
  • Potassium phosphate: 4 pre-weighed vials with product labels and lids
  • CuI (soluble source) in preweighed vial
  • 4 degassed anhydrous solvents (dioxane, DMAc, toluene, and DMSO) in ampules
  • 1 internal standard
  • 2 KitAlysis 24-Well reaction block replacement films
  • 8 stir bars for stock solutions
  • Ampule cracker

Monitor reaction progress via TLC-MS by following this protocol

Best when used with KitAlysis Benchtop Inertion Box and 24-well Reaction Block (sold separately).
