The immunogen for anti-OLIG1 antibody: synthetic peptide derected towards the middle region of human OLIG1
Biochem/physiol Actions
This gene is a member of the oligodendrocyte lineage gene family which encode basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors. Studies in mice show that it is coexpressed with Olig2 in neural progenitors, and has a role in the development and maturation of oligodendrocytes.
Sequence
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: LRRKINSRERKRMQDLNLAMDALREVILPYSAAHCQGAPGRKLSKIATLL
Physical form
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
