Alkaline Phosphatase Stop Solution has been used in terminating the alkaline phosphatase and nitrotetrazolium blue chloride (NBT)/5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (BCIP) reaction on nitrocellulose membrane.

Reconstitution
