General description

Ofloxacin-d3 is a deuterated labeled compound typically used as an analytical standard in chromatography applications.

Application

Ofloxacin-d3 may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of ofloxacin in:
  • Hospital wastewater samples by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS) with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection.
  • Raw bovine milk and commercial skimmed milk samples as well as bottled natural mineral waters by solid phase extraction (SPE) and LC-ESI-MS/MS operating in (MRM) mode of detection.
