General description

China Blue Lactose Agar is a selective medium for differentiating lactose fermenting and lactose non-fermenting microorganisms.

Preparation Note

Dissolve 35.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
