Specificity

Vanilloid receptor like protein 1 (VRL-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of rat dorsal root ganglia and spinal cord indicates that this antibody is of high specificity.

Immunogen

Epitope: C-terminus
Peptide corresponding to the C-terminal 18 amino acids of the rat VRL-1 protein sequence (Acc#: AAD26364). This immunogen sequence is 100% conserved in the mouse growth factor regulated calcium channel (Acc#: AB021665)

Application

Anti-Vanilloid Receptor Like Protein 1 Antibody, pain, C-terminus detects level of Vanilloid Receptor Like Protein 1 & has been published & validated for use in IH.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000-1:2,000 on rat dorsal root ganglia.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
