General description

A cyclic peptide that acts as a potent inhibitor of MMP-2 (gelatinase A; IC50 = 10 µM) and MMP-9 (gelatinase B; IC50 = 10 µM). Inhibits the migration of human endothelial cells and tumor cells, and prevents tumor growth and invasion in animal models.
A hydrophobic cyclic peptide that acts as a potent inhibitor of MMP-2 and MMP-9 (IC50 = 10 µM). Inhibits the migration of human endothelial cells and tumor cells, and prevents tumor growth and invasion in animal models. Also, phage that display this peptide specifically targets angiogenic blood vessels in vivo.
