General description

The MAS-100 Atmos® Gas Exhaust Tube Set is an accessory for MAS-100 Atmos® Microbial Compressed Gas Sampler for safe sampling of gases and prevent intoxication or contamination of the environment.
In case, if only the adapter for gas exhaust tubing (product 1.17348) is required for an alternative tubing, it must be ensured that the tubing that is used has a minimum inner diameter of 32 mm and a maximum length of 5 m. These are the conditions validated by the manufacturer.
The connector piece of the Gas Exhaust Tube is connected to the exhaust of the MAS-100 Atmos® instrument. The tubing is fixed to the connector with the tri-clamp. The end of the tubing is open and can be adapted on site to the respective application.
The tubing can be disinfected by spray or wipe disinfection with 70% ethanol or 70% IPA. The stainless-steel connector itself can be autoclaved at ? 134°C for 5mins or 121°C for 20 min.

Application

MAS-100 Atmos® Microbial Compressed Gas Sampler is used to sample pre-defined compressed gases like argon, carbon dioxide, compressed air, and nitrogen from pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food & beverage industry.
