Will the Aspirator tube assembly (Sigma A5177-5EA) would sealed with Drummond PCR Micropipets 1-10ul?

Yes, the tubing provided with the aspirator assembly is suitable for use with the PCR micropipettes. The product is equipped with a flexible rubber end piece that easily grips micropipettes of variable sizes. The PCR Micropipettes and all other Drummond micropipettes, up to 200 ul, may be used with this product.
