Anti-PARP (Cleaved-Asp²¹⁴) Antibody detects endogenous levels of fragment of activated PARP (Cleaved-Asp²¹⁴) protein.

PARP1 (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1) is a nuclear protein that consists of three functional domains. It belongs to the PARP family. It is located on chromosome 1q42.

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human PARP.
