Descripción general

Studies show that the production of sterols is reduced in human fibroblasts cultured in the presence of lipoprotein deficient serum. [1]

Aplicación

Lipoprotein Deficient Serum from fetal calf has been used as a supplement in culture media to grow Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)-derived cells[2], thymic lobes[3] and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).[4]
