General description

FOXD3 is a transcription factor that is involved in maintaining embryonic progenitors in mice. It inhibits interneuron suppression and activate neural crest cell-like phenotype.
Rabbit Anti-FOXD3 antibody recognizes canine, bovine, mouse, and human FOXD3.

Synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human FOXD3

Application

Rabbit Anti-FOXD3 antibody can be used for western blot applications at a concentration of 2.5μg/ml.

Biochem/physiol Actions

FOXD3 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined.
