General description

Concentran y desalan de manera sencilla y eficiente disoluciones de cualquier macromolécula utilizando cualquier centrífuga que pueda aceptar tubos de 1,5 ml. Con la membrana de baja adsorción Ultracel, los filtros Microcon ofrecen:
•Recuperaciones típicas superiores al 95%, incluso para disoluciones diluidas
•Espín inverso para maximizar la recuperación, incluso en las muestras más pequeñas
•Cómoda conservación de la muestra filtrada o concentrada en tubos de microcentrífuga convencionales
•Factores de concentración de hasta 100X
