Specificity

Recognizes rat Cannabinoid Receptor 2 (CB2). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with CB1.

SPECIES REACTIVITIES: The immunogen peptide is 88% conserved in mouse and 82% in human. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed.

Immunogen

An 18 amino acid peptide sequence near the cytoplasmic, C-terminus of rat CB2 (Munro et al. 1993; Shire et al. 1996; Griffin et al. 2000).
Epitope: C-terminus

Application

Detect Cannabinoid Receptor 2 using this Anti-Cannabinoid Receptor 2 Antibody, C-terminus validated for use in ELISA & WB.
