o-Toluidine and Toluidine Blue are not the same chemically. o-Toluidine has a linear formula of CH3C6H4NH2 and a molecular weight of 107.15 g/mol. Toluidine Blue has a linear formula of C15H16ClN3S · 0.5ZnCl2 with a molecular weight of 373.97 g/mol.
