Application

Anti-IDO Antibody detects level of IDO & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.
Western blot: 1:2,000-1:5,000 using ECL. Reacts with the ~45 kDa IDO protein. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 with 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.

ELISA, direct and indirect: 1:2,000-1:10,000.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
