Application

  • Deaminative coupling of benzylamines and arylboronic acids: Research demonstrated the use of isopentyl nitrite in the deaminative coupling of benzylamines and arylboronic acids, showcasing its application in creating complex molecules for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing processes (Sirvinskaite, Reisenbauer, and Morandi, 2023).
  • Syntheses of Arylazo Phosphine Oxides and Phosphonates: Utilizing isopentyl nitrite, research facilitated the synthesis of arylazo phosphine oxides and phosphonates via N-P bond formation under blue LED light conditions, contributing to developments in organophosphorus chemistry (Shen et al., 2022).
