General description

Dowex 50WX8 hydrogen form is used as stripper resin and can be regenerated by 0.25N sulphuric acid when exhausted.[1] Dowex 50WX8 hydrogen form is used as catalyst.[2] It is used in deionizing supernatant fraction samples for paper chromatography.[3]

Application

Dowex 50WX8 hydrogen form may be used in separation medium for TLC, paper chromatography and LPLC.
